• Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and innovative AI Video Editor to join SHOW, a next-generation entertainment ecosystem that bridges technology and entertainment.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards into engaging video content using AI video generation, animation, motion graphics, and professional video editing techniques. You will work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-quality visual content for SHOW's entertainment, movie, AI, and animation-related projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong video editing and animation skills with a strong understanding of AI-powered content production and visual storytelling.

• Key Responsibilities
• Produce and edit AI-generated video content from concept development through final production.
• Translate scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into compelling visual sequences.
• Develop AI-generated characters, environments, scenes, and animations while maintaining visual consistency.
• Create and edit 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing based on project requirements.
• Combine AI-generated assets with footage, animation, music, sound effects, voice-over, and other visual elements.
• Apply strong visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, pacing, transitions, and camera movement to create engaging content.
• Enhance and refine AI-generated footage to achieve a more natural, polished, and production-ready result.
• Maintain consistency in character appearance, visual style, lighting, composition, and storytelling across multiple scenes.
• Create short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital campaigns, entertainment projects, and SHOW's creative ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, Content, and other relevant teams to execute creative concepts.
• Explore and experiment with new AI video generation tools, animation techniques, editing workflows, and emerging creative technologies.
• Review, revise, and optimize video content based on creative direction and feedback.
• Organize and maintain video, audio, animation, and project assets efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an AI Video Editor, Video Editor, Motion Graphic Designer, Animator, or related creative role.
• Hands-on experience in AI video production and understanding of AI-assisted video creation workflows.
• Experienced in animation production, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Strong understanding of storyboard, script interpretation, visual storytelling, and scene composition.
• Strong visual sense with good understanding of cinematography, camera movement, lighting, composition, pacing, and transitions.
• Proficient in or familiar with: CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, InVideo, Highfields
• Experience with additional AI video/image generation tools is highly preferred.
• Able to create effective prompts for generating AI characters, scenes, environments, animations, and cinematic visuals.
• Understanding of audio editing, sound effects, voice-over, and music synchronization is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining visual and character consistency across scenes.
• Creative, proactive, adaptable, and willing to experiment with new AI technologies.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Portfolio is mandatory, preferably demonstrating: AI-generated video, Animation, Motion graphics, Video editing, Storyboard-to-video production, Visual storytelling.
