Job Description
- Manage and supervise the overall Air Freight Export operations to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Air Export Operations team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, IATA standards, customs requirements, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, trucking companies, customs brokers, and internal departments.
- Monitor shipment schedules, cargo space allocation, flight bookings, and shipment documentation.
Review and approve export shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and other related documents.
- Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, claims, and customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance to improve productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure accurate billing, cost control, and profitability of export shipments.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
- Has minimum 5 years of experience in the related position.
- Having experience in air freight export procedures, customs regulations, incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
- Has strong leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Computer literacy (MS Office 365).
- Work location: Cengkareng Branch.
