and plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of our dining operations. As an accounting professional, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring all accounting practices align with Indonesian regulatory requirements and international standards. This role is integral to supporting our management team in making informed financial decisions and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.

• Key responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and reconciliations
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection
• Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with the preparation of tax documentation and ensure compliance with local tax requirements
• Monitor and control operational expenses across dining facilities
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review and decision-making
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and cost of goods sold for food and beverage operations
• Ensure proper categorisation and recording of transactions in accordance with company policies
• What we're looking for
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Sound understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
• Professional communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality accounting practices is highly desirable
