- We are currently looking for ALLOTMENT STAFF
- Key Responsibilities
Managing the availability of rooms (open /closed room status) in the Jarvis system based on Hotel / Sourcing / Support team requests via email & slack
- updating blackout dates and activating new rate categories for overseas hotels from the Data Loading team request via Nikita
- ensure that every hotel in our system has an allotment and active
- Maintain good relationships with the hotel
- Make daily report allotment update
- Negotiation with hotel to get allotment if related to allotment
Requirement
- Having experience in the similar position will be an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Used to work in the fast-paced work environment.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Able to communicate in English is a must
