Requirement
- Experience
- : Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar data-driven role.
- Requirement Analysis & Documentation
: Proficient in performing Business & System Requirement Analysis (specifically for Tableau and AWS environments) and creating BRD, FSD, and TFD.
- Tableau Ecosystem Mastery
- : High proficiency in Tableau Desktop, including LOD (Level of Detail) Calculations, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server / Online.
- Data Testing & QA
: Experience in designing QA Scenario forms and carrying out System Integration Testing (SIT) covering data cleansing, data staging, data mart, and dashboard accuracy.
- Database & SQL Querying
- : Strong knowledge of Database Design (ERD) and complex SQL querying using MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, SQL Server, and Amazon Redshift.
- Data Architecture & BI
- : Practical understanding of Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence concepts.
- Process & Communication
- : Familiarity with Agile Methodology and strong user communication skills to effectively translate business demands into data solutions.
