Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java.
- Experience with the Android SDK, Android Studio, and Android application architecture.
- Knowledge of Jetpack Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, etc.).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party API integration.
- Experience with SQLite, Room Database, or other mobile data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of app performance optimization, security, and testing methodologies.
- Professional Experience
- 3 years of experience in Android application development.
- Proven portfolio of published Android applications on the Google Play Store.
- Experience throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Additional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex mobile applications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jetpack Compose for modern Android UI development.
- Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
