Android Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Android Developer to join our fast-paced development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with international clients to build, scale, and optimize high-performance mobile applications in the interactive gaming and digital entertainment space. You will leverage modern Android development standards, modern AI tooling, and clean architecture to deliver slick, reliable user experiences.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and build advanced, responsive UI for mobile gaming and interactive applications using Jetpack Compose.
• Implement maintainable, scalable, and testable code adhering to Clean Architecture and MVVM design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, and QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Work closely with international clients and native English stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and report progress.
• Utilize AI-assisted developer tools to accelerate build cycles and optimize code efficiency.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through proper lifecycle management and integration of modern Android libraries.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Jetpack Compose: Hands-on experience delivering at least 1–2 projects using Jetpack Compose.

Modern AI Integration: Practical experience utilizing agentic AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to optimize workflow and coding productivity.

Architecture & Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Android application lifecycles and practical application of Clean Architecture and MVVM patterns.

• Libraries & Ecosystem: Solid knowledge of a broad range of Android frameworks, dependencies, and third-party libraries.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong confidence to communicate directly with native English speakers.
• Work Arrangement: Willingness and ability to work On-Site (WFO) at our office in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan.
• Nice to Have
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Android projects.
• Previous experience working within a Scrum/Agile delivery framework.
• Interest or background in developing high-volume interactive, casual gaming, or real-money gaming applications.
• Have at least 1-2 projects with Jetpack Compose
• Experienced with agentic AI (cursor, claude, github copilot)
• Experienced with CI CD for android would be good
• Understand about separation of concern (clean arch, MVVM)
• Experienced working in a scrum team would be good
• Fluent in english and have confidence communicating with native speakers
• Good understanding of android lifecycle
• Good range of frameworks and libraries used in android
• Able to follow our working arrangement, WFO in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan
