- Join our team to build high-quality, secure, and scalable Android applications while leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 4+ years
- of experience in Android application development.
- Proven experience leading Android development teams or technical projects.
- Strong expertise in
- Kotlin (Advanced)
- Hands-on experience with
- Jetpack Compose
- for modern Android UI development.
- Experience integrating and managing
- Firebase SDK
- (Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM, etc.).
- Understanding of
- CI/CD pipelines
- for Android application deployment.
- Experience handling
- application security, penetration testing (Pentest) findings
- , and implementing security best practices.
- Knowledge of
- Release Management
- , including Play Store deployment and version control strategies.
- Familiar with Git, REST APIs, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Android applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor Android developers.
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Integrate and optimize Firebase services across applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best development practices.
- Manage application release cycles and coordinate production deployments.
- Address security vulnerabilities identified through penetration testing.
- Improve development workflows by implementing and maintaining CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store.
- Knowledge of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience with dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger), Coroutines, Flow, and Unit/UI Testing.
- Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools.
