We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandising Sourcing & Product Development Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and final production. You will manage the end-to-end development cycle—from interpreting tech packs and sourcing raw materials to calculating costs and tracking production timelines. Key Responsibilities

Sampling & Fit Development: Translate design sketches and tech packs into physical samples. Coordinate proto, fit, and Pre-Production (PP) samples. Manage the approval process for fabric lab dips, print strike-offs, and trim details.

Material Sourcing & Negotiation: Source apparel components (fabrics, knits, wovens, hardware, and trims) that meet the design vision while adhering to target margins. Identify alternative materials to optimize costs without sacrificing quality.

Costing & Margin Management: Build and maintain detailed Bills of Materials (BOM). Calculate final product costing structures (FOB/CMT), analyze yield efficiency, and negotiate prices with global and domestic garment manufacturers.

T&A Timeline Management: Own and drive the seasonal Time & Action (T&A) calendar. Track every milestone from line freeze to factory exit to guarantee on-time retail deliveries.

Vendor & Factory Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing partners. Resolve production bottlenecks, fabric shortages, and quality discrepancies swiftly.

• Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Design, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years within the fashion/apparel industry.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of textiles, garment construction, garment washing/dyeing techniques, and production lead times.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (e.g., Centric, Aptean), Excel (costing matrices), and ERP software. Experience with 3D design tools (like CLO 3D) is a plus.

Core Competencies: Negotiation, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills under tight seasonal deadlines.
