Requirements
- Strong construction background with excellent technical knowledge.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Fast and highly proficient in
- AutoCAD
- and
- SketchUp
- Able to take accurate site measurements and update drawings immediately.
- Strong understanding of
- MEP coordination
- (Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC).
- Produce clear, buildable construction and shop drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to resolve issues quickly.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
