Area Coordinator (Jakarta)

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities for the Scheduled Instant squad across assigned areas in Jakarta.
• Coordinate with local teams, drivers, partners, and other operational stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and follow up on operational gaps across assigned areas.
• Ensure the implementation of operational procedures and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Support other operational activities and business requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in operations, area management, logistics, fleet management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience handling multiple operational areas or coordinating regional operations is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Jakarta's operational landscape, local business environments, and logistics conditions.
• Strong coordination and communication skills when working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and conduct field visits as required.
