Job Description
- Present and consolidate operational data, including
- Sales, Inventory, SR NSO, and Variance
- , for management reporting.
- Coordinate with
- stores and management
- to support operational activities.
- Understand and manage
- P&L (Profit & Loss)
- and inventory management, as well as operate
- POS (Point of Sales)
- systems.
- Prepare reports for Head Office using
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Lead and coach teams, with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Maintain high mobility to travel between stores as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum
- 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager or District Supervisor
- , preferably in the
- F&B industry
- Experience in
- retail bakery, donut, or coffee shop
- is preferred.
- Strong understanding of
- P&L, inventory management, and POS systems
- Proficient in
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong
- leadership, coaching, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication
- skills.
- Willing to travel frequently between stores.
