Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance across assigned areas to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and dealer productivity.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor sales activities and operational performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealer team and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance evaluations.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor to identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum experience 1-3 years as Area Sales in Automotive Industry
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for business purposes and dealer visits.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
