Requirements
Willing to be placed in
PALEMBANG
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in creative/design field Experience as
- Art Director, Senior Designer, or Creative Lead
- Experience handling FMCG, beauty, healthcare, baby, lifestyle, or consumer brand preferred
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling
- Excellent knowledge of branding & campaign development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to create concept presentation
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (plus)
- Skill Plus: Strategic thinker, Strong attention to detail, Able to balance creativity and business objective.
Job Responsibilities
Lead creative direction and ensure that all brand communications possess a strong, consistent visual identity that aligns with business objectives.
- Develop creative concept untuk campaign brand
- Translate marketing objective menjadi creative direction
- Create visual storytelling, moodboard, and creative approach
- Define brand visual language across all touchpoints
- Lead creative team execution
- Review and approve creative output
- Provide feedback and creative guidance
- Develop team's creative capability
- Maintain brand consistency across SoHoney & Wookey Wight (our products)
