RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the creative team, including Social Media, Content Creator, Graphic Designer, Videographer, Photographer, and KOL.
• Develop creative concepts and visual direction for marketing and branding campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
• Direct photoshoots, video productions, and campaign executions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to produce impactful creative content.
• Review and maintain the quality of all creative outputs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead.

*Preferred background

• Fashion, Apparel, Retail, or Lifestyle industry.
• Experienced in leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong portfolio in branding, campaign, social media, photography, and video.
• Up-to-date with design, fashion, and digital content trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.
