This position combines two key roles
- Pharmacy Assistant, responsible for managing medications and providing pharmaceutical services at the clinic.
- E-Commerce Staff, responsible for handling the clinic's online product sales through platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia.
The ideal candidate is expected to perform pharmacy operations professionally while also supporting the promotion and sale of products through digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Pharmacy Duties (Offline)
- Dispense medications to patients based on prescriptions and provide brief usage instructions.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and monitor product expiration dates.
- Record medication distribution and maintain pharmacy administrative reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pharmacy area.
E-Commerce Duties (Online)
- Manage online stores (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) for non-prescription product sales.
- Upload and update product listings (descriptions, stock, photos, prices).
- Process online orders and prepare products for delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent digital customer service.
- Generate sales reports and evaluate e-commerce performance.
- Run online promotions and maintain high store ratings.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Associate’s Degree (D3) in Pharmacy.
- Possess an active STRTTK (Pharmacy Technician Registration Certificate).
- Proficient in using computers and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Excel).
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset—both offline and online.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and good at time management.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule.
- Interest in both pharmaceutical work and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a clinic or pharmacy.
- Experience managing an online store.
- Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
