- Who We're Looking For,
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting as a Supervisor.
- Holding Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/Accounting software.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and banking facilities.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.
- Key Responsibility,
- Manage the company's cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor payments, accounts receivable, and supporting documents in accordance with company SOPs.
- Review and improve SOPs while ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
- Provide analysis and recommendations related to fund management and company investments.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the Finance team.
