About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly analytical professional to join our finance team as an Assistant Head of Accounting & Tax. In this role, you will support leadership in managing overall accounting operations and ensuring strict tax compliance.
- Key responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Accounting & Tax in supervising the daily operations of the accounting and tax team.
- Prepare, review, and analyze periodic financial statements (monthly and annually) to ensure accuracy.
- Manage, calculate, and ensure timely submission of all corporate tax reports using Accurate Online and the Coretax system.
- Create and reconcile detailed reporting listings to verify internal data alignment with current tax regulations.
- Perform deep-dive financial and tax compliance analyses to identify risks and support business decisions.
- About you
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounting and Taxation.
- Highly proficient in utilizing the Coretax system for tax reporting and experienced in operating Accurate Online.
- Must hold a Brevet A & B certificate.
- Fluent in Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven track record in preparing and finalizing financial statements.
- Experienced in creating and managing comprehensive reporting listings for both audit and tax purposes.
