Coordinate manpower, material, tools, and machines to ensure smooth production and effective resource utilization.
Monitor production targets, material usage, quality standards, efficiency programs, and production waste to minimize losses and improve performance.
Coordinate with Buyer, vendors, and cross-functional teams, manage Buyer projects, and conduct production planning and evaluation meetings to drive improvement.
Plan, monitor, control, and develop the departments under your responsibility, while driving improvements to increase production output in line with quality standards.
Plan and monitor IP & Pelletizing production activities to ensure output and production targets are achieved.
Supervise, coach, counsel, and evaluate team performance to improve capability, quality, and productivity.
Analyze and resolve production issues while coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations and reduce rejects.
Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.
