- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and able to build client relationships
- Fluent in English is an advantage
