- We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate
- Assistant Teacher
- who loves working with young children and is able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily learning activities and classroom routines.
- Supervise and support children during learning, playtime, meals, and daily activities.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and classroom environments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
- Provide emotional support and individual attention to children as needed.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow team members.
Requirements
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, or related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, childcare center, or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and positive in character.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to participate in training and professional development programs.
