- Assistant Team Leader (Mall Kelapa Gading Outlet)
- to support daily operations and help lead our energetic restaurant team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth outlet operations, maintaining excellent service standards, supporting staff performance, and assisting the Restaurant Manager in running a successful and efficient restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
- Supervise the team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to maintain service and food quality standards.
- Address customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures, reporting, and securing the restaurant.
- Work with management to execute promotions and contribute to sales growth.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall restaurant success.
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A passion for customer service and growing alongside a fast-expanding brand.
