Associate Account Director

• We Are Social Indonesia is looking for an Associate Account Director to join our client services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
• Lead multiple accounts and ensure projects are delivered smoothly from brief to execution.
• Work with Creative, Strategy, and Community teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and overall campaign quality.
• Understand client needs and turn them into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business opportunities.
• Handle client feedback and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
• Coach and support junior members of the Client Services team.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and recommend optimization strategies based on insights and client objective.
• Lead KOL & community scope of work.
• Join in new business opportunities, including client pitches, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum
• 6 years of experience
• in Client Services, preferably in a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
• Indonesian citizen and currently based in Jakarta.
• Proven experience as an
• Account Manager
• or
• Senior Account Executive
• Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling
• banking
• or
• financial services
• clients will be an advantage.
• Willing to work from our Jakarta office under a hybrid working arrangement (4 days WFO, 1 day WFA).
