Tanggung Jawab
What You Will Do
- Learn and apply design systems, prototyping tools, and accessibility best practices across projects
- Create design artifacts across the full product lifecycle — user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive, impactful user experiences
- Support user research and usability testing to help inform design decisions
- Learn through hands-on project experience, feedback, and mentorship from the design team
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0
- Fresh graduate or professional with up to 1 year of relevant work experience
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving ability, and UI/UX projects is required. Please include a link in your resume
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Have some hands-on experience using AI tools in the design process — for ideation, prototyping, or bridging design and development is a plus
- Interested in exploring UX Engineering and turning designs into functional, interactive prototypes
- Familiar with usability testing, such as moderated or unmoderated testing and heuristic evaluation
- Comfortable creating simple research plans, interview guides, or usability test scripts
- Open to working on design needs beyond product — such as presentation decks, web pages, or brand materials
- Have a basic understanding of motion design principles
