Associate Program Manager - AI Training
We help companies navigate the future with confidence. We believe technology should free people to focus on what matters most - human connection, creativity, and leadership.
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager for AI Training - someone who will grow with us and take ownership of preparing and running AI training workshops for business leaders, owners, and professionals.
- What You’ll Do
- Prepare clear, polished training materials across
- Google Slides, Google Drive, and Figma.
- Build and maintain
- n8n
- workflows used in trainings and demos.
- Set up and manage
- API integrations and keys
- across our tools.
- Opportunity to leverage on the latest AI tool (e.g.
- Claude Code
- ) to make your work more efficient, and turn what you learn into training material
- Stand by during live workshops, troubleshooting technical issues on the spot.
- Document every workshop and publish the content across internal and external channels.
- Test new AI tools and products we build, and help colleagues get them running.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools hands-on to guide what we adopt.
- Be
- AI-native
- in your day-to-day work - experimenting, prompting, testing, delivering.
- Bring
- fresh, creative ideas
- into every training session.
- Use AI responsibly and ethically in how you build and deliver training.
- Keep all boards and materials clean and organized - clients see what you build.
Own the training program’s day-to-day coordination - scheduling sessions, tracking materials readiness, and following up directly with client stakeholders before and after each workshop.
Beyond the Program: Practical AI in Action
This role isn’t confined to running scheduled trainings - the sharpest training content comes from work done in between programs. You’ll take on hands-on projects that directly translate into what we teach next.
Partner with the CEO Innovation Office to test new client-facing AI tools/products before they ship, and turn structured feedback into fixes and better training material.
Get hands-on with our internal lead-generation projects - enough working knowledge to jump in, troubleshoot, and understand how it fits the broader AI toolkit you’re teaching.
Coordinate small cross-team projects end-to-end: set the timeline, track what’s outstanding, and keep stakeholders across teams in the loop without being chased.
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams alike - not just during workshops, but in the work that leads up to and follows from them.
- Who You Are
- A creative problem solver who enjoys untangling issues that come with brand-new, unfamiliar tools.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of
- business and technology
- Curious, self-driven, and eager to experiment with AI in practical, business-first contexts.
- Someone with an
- ownership mindset
- you take responsibility for training end-to-end.
- Able to form a clear
- point of view
- on how AI should be used after working through a project.
- Highly organized with a strong eye for design, your work is clean, well-structured, and client-ready.
- Motivated to contribute not only to delivery, but also to the
- future of how work is done
- with AI.
Growth-minded - you treat every project as a chance to level up, actively seek feedback, and don’t want to be doing the exact same job a year from now.
- Collaborative by nature - as comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with other internal teams as you are leading a room of clients.
- Calm under pressure - when something breaks mid-workshop in front of a client, you troubleshoot without losing composure.
Proactive communicator - you flag blockers and ask for help before they become problems, especially in a small, founder-led team with no management layer between you and the work.
- Trusted partner to keep the business pillar running with minimal supervision.
- Discreet and trustworthy with client information and materials.
- Your Skills
- Comfortable with - or quick to learn - workflow automation tools like n8n.
- Experience using AI coding/agent tools (e.g. Claude) to work more efficiently, or the drive to pick this up fast.
- Experience with
- Google Workspace and Figma
- Genuine curiosity about prompt engineering and how it translates into practical business solutions - deep expertise not required.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly and effectively in daily workflows.
- Foundational knowledge with API integration.
- Bonus: experience with Loom, Luma, or Gamma, or willingness to quickly pick up emerging tools like Codex and Manus
- Professional written and spoken English - you’ll be communicating directly with clients and international partners.
- Basic project-coordination skills - comfortable tracking timelines, deliverables, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Clear, organized written communication - documentation needs to be client-ready, not just understandable to you.
- Why Join Us
- This is not just a job - it’s a
- front-row seat
in building the next wave of AI-native business systems. You’ll work directly with the founder, take ownership of projects that impact real businesses, and grow into a voice of thought leadership in the responsible and business-relevant use of AI.
You won’t just run trainings - you’ll get hands-on exposure across live AI projects, working directly with the founder across all three. You can think of this role as a continuous growth opportunity.
If you are curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to shape how AI changes the way we work, we want to meet you.
