Kualfikasi
- Proficient in operating computers, especially Ms. Office (Excel and Word).
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, honest, and a team player.
- Fast learner, energetic, and dynamic.
- Prior experience in the garment industry as an Assistant Merchandiser or Follow Up is a plus.
- Willing to work overtime to ensure deadlines are met.
Job Description
- Perform data input and SAP system updates related to Merchandising tasks.
- Create and send Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on material orders.
- Monitor samples, artwork approvals, and production progress.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-time delivery to buyers.
- Complete KP (Order Confirmation), BOM (Bill of Material), PR (Purchase Request), and PO tasks accurately and within deadlines.
- Prepare Annual Reports, Company Profiles, and Press Releases.
