Deskripsi pekerjaan Automotive Finance Supervisor PT Guna Global Persada
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily finance and accounting operations, including cash flow and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor and control automotive financing and collection processes, including customer installment payments.
- Coordinate with the Marketing/Sales team regarding customer financing and payment status.
- Monitor the collection process, follow up outstanding payments, and ensure timely settlement.
- Prepare and review daily and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and customer financing data.
- Monitor tax compliance and financial administration.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Collection, Accounting, and management teams.
- Supervise the finance team and ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in automotive, leasing, financing, or related industries.
- Good understanding of marketing/sales processes and automotive financing.
- Strong understanding of collection and billing processes, including monitoring outstanding payments and customer installments.
- Understanding of full-set accounting, cash flow, bank reconciliation, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with Marketing/Sales and Collection teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance/accounting systems.
- Leadership skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
