Job Description

Utilize AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools) as part of the development workflow to assist with coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Golang.
• Design, build, and integrate secure, efficient, and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend system performance.
• Collaborate with Front-End Developers, UI/UX Designers, the Product Team, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process.
• Write clean, well-structured, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit testing and ensure application quality before deployment.
• Manage and optimize relational databases, particularly MySQL.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative software development.
• Participate in product development using Agile methodologies and follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements

Must be proficient in using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools) as part of the daily software development workflow.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer.
• Proficient in Golang for backend application development.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of MySQL or other relational databases.
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Experience with deployment or managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus.
• Eager to learn, adaptable to new technologies, and committed to continuously improving technical skills.
