- ✅ Responsibilities
- Refactor and improve legacy code to enhance quality and maintainability
- Develop new features with clean, scalable, and well-tested code
- Optimize APIs, databases, and caching mechanisms for better performance
- Implement testing strategies and maintain coding standards
- Collaborate with Frontend, ML, and Backend teams to deliver reliable solutions
- Contribute to backend architecture, modernization, and technical documentation
- ✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Backend Development
- Strong expertise in PHP Laravel, MySQL, Redis, and RESTful API development
- Experience with code refactoring, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
- Strong knowledge of database optimization, caching, testing, and performance tuning
- Experience with AWS, WebSockets, queue processing, and third-party integrations
- Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows
- Nice to Have: Experience with Golang, PostgreSQL, Python, Docker, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, or Machine Learning integrations
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and observability tools (Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
