Backend Developer (Go/Java/.Net)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and enterprise applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and system integrations.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Review code and ensure best practices in software development.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Support CI/CD implementation and deployment processes.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.

- Strong experience in AT LEAST 1 backend programming language

• Java
• Golang

- .NET

• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with Linux server environments and backend deployment processes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
