We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Engineer to join KeDA Tech. In this role, you will not just write code; you will architect software structures, decide on technology stacks, and guide junior programmers to write performant, maintainable code for various client applications. We value engineers who are framework-agnostic and fundamental-focused. We are less interested in how many tutorials you have followed and more interested in your ability to analyze, debug, and design robust systems from the ground up.
Analyze requirements and produce technical design documents. You must be able to design code implementations that are scalable and maintainable before writing a single line of code.
Must be willing to put in the extra effort and time required to bridge the gap between academic theory and the rigorous demands of global software development.
