About the role
- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
- Bancassurance Specialist
- to join PT PFI Mega Life Insurance in our Sukabumi location. As a
- Bancassurance Specialist
, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our banking partners, with the goal of driving sales of our insurance products and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within the organisation.
- What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote insurance products and services through our banking partners
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at our partner banks
- Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the bank's customer base
- Achieving individual and team sales targets in line with the company's objectives
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a
- Bancassurance
- or sales role within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of the insurance and banking sectors, as well as the regulatory environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
