, you will be responsible for handling daily bar operations, including preparation, customer service, order and payment handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to deliver friendly and professional service in line with villa standards.
Requirements
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably Diploma (D3) in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, bar attendant, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of coffee machine operations and beverage preparation (coffee & basic drinks).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and open the bar according to SOP
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve orders accurately and on time
- Operate coffee machines and bar equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and customer areas
- Handle transactions and maintain daily sales records
- Assist with stock preparation and daily operational needs
