About the Role

• Daimyo x Chakana is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking
• Bar Back
• to join our dynamic hospitality team in Seminyak.

As a Bar Back, you will play an essential role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring the bar operates smoothly, efficiently, and consistently to a high standard. You will work behind the scenes to keep the bar fully stocked, organised, clean, and ready for service while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Restock and organise spirits, mixers, bar supplies, glassware, ice, and other bar essentials throughout the shift.
• Prepare fresh garnishes, including fruit cuts, herbs, and other ingredients required for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the back bar and surrounding work areas.
• Assist bartenders during service with drink preparation, pouring, mixing, and other operational tasks when required.
• Wash, dry, and polish glassware to maintain high presentation and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to management.
• Receive deliveries and ensure stock is stored correctly and safely.
• Support the overall operation of the bar during busy service periods.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has

Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment; experience as a Bar Back or Bartender Assistant is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• The physical ability to lift and carry supplies regularly throughout the shift.
• The ability to work efficiently and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing operational requirements.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage service standards is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Bali's hospitality industry or previous experience working in the region is preferred.
