- Bar Supervisor
- to join The Bench Brewery in South Kuta, Bali. This is a
- contract position
that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our bar operations in one of Bali's most vibrant hospitality destinations. As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining a positive and productive working environment. This role is crucial to delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting the overall success of our hospitality venue.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience working as a Bar Supervisor or in a senior bar management position within a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer, with the ability to create innovative drinks
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Sound understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent English communication skills
- Knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques is preferred
- Domiciled in Bali, able to join immediately
