- Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar bar support role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and the bar team
- A positive, friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of bar operations, including drink preparation and inventory management
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Located in Uluwatu Bali
