Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, cocktails, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic bartending techniques.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Bingin, Uluwatu.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
