Responsibilities
- Make coffee and matcha drinks to order
- Use coffee machines and matcha whisks to create the perfect drinks
- Keep the coffee station clean and organized
- Take customer orders and offer drink recommendations
- Provide great customer service
- Handle cash register and payments
- Keep supplies stocked and fresh
- Stay updated on coffee and matcha trends
- Follow food safety guidelines
Requirements
- Based in Bali
- Comfortable speaking English
- Must be comfortable with and willing to commute or travel to Pererenan area
- Previous experience as a barista (coffee and matcha)
- Knowledge of coffee brewing and matcha prep
- Friendly and good at multitasking
- Detail-oriented and passionate about quality
- Know about alternative milk and dietary preferences
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
