JOY is looking for a friendly, energetic, and people-oriented Barista who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with guests, and knows that great hospitality is all about the little things.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items consistently.
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.
- Communicate confidently with guests in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Take orders, explain menu items, and recommend food & beverages.
- Assist with serving guests and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
- Work closely with the team to create good vibes and memorable guest experiences.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak English confidently in everyday conversations.
- Comfortable serving guests and working on the floor.
- Friendly, attentive, proactive, and well-groomed.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
