- Operate and maintain professional coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and manual brew tools.
- Collaborate with the team to manage daily operations, inventory, and cleanliness to uphold café standards.
- Contributed to seasonal drink development and product tasting for quality improvement.
- Trained in coffee bean origins, flavor profiling, and brew techniques to enhance customer experience.
