Barista

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based beverages and manual brewing techniques.
• Able to operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and milk frothers.
• Understanding of coffee beans, extraction, grind size, milk steaming, and beverage quality standards.
• Familiar with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, responsible, disciplined, and passionate about coffee and hospitality.
