- We’re looking for a passionate and skilled
- Barista
who understands great coffee, knows their way around espresso, and can create beautiful latte art. Join our team and help us deliver great coffee and memorable experiences to our guests.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista
- Good knowledge of coffee, especially espresso-based beverages
- Able to operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee grinders
- Good understanding of coffee extraction, grinding, dosing, and brewing
- Skilled in milk steaming and latte art
- Able to consistently prepare quality coffee and beverages
- Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Good English communication is preferred
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate and available to join soon
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages according to standards
- Ensure consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and latte art
- Set up and calibrate the coffee grinder and espresso machine
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
- Monitor coffee quality and report any issues
- Assist with beverage preparation and daily bar operations
- Maintain proper stock levels of coffee, milk, and other barista supplies
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards
