Bartender

• CAVO Bar & Bistro is looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our kitchen team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, or bar.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and coffee preparation is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Follow standard recipes and presentation.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Check and refill bar supplies when needed.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Assist with daily inventory and report low stock.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams.
• Report any equipment issues or guest complaints to the Bar Supervisor.
• Attend training and maintain product knowledge.
