Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, wine, and other specialty drinks.
- Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Monitor beverage stock and report inventory needs.
- Provide excellent guest service and beverage recommendations.
- Coordinate with Service team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and mixology.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
