• We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled
• Bartender

to join the team at NUSA PADEL BY THE BEACH BENOA. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where exceptional service and mixology expertise are valued. As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, crafting expertly prepared beverages and creating memorable moments for our valued clientele. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical bartending skills with genuine passion for hospitality and customer engagement.

• What you'll be doing
• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest professional standards
• Taking orders from guests and bar staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and handling cash transactions with integrity
• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory
• Engaging with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to create a positive atmosphere and encourage repeat visits
• Following all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service protocols
• Collaborating with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Developing and suggesting new cocktail recipes and seasonal drinks that align with our venue's offerings
• Assisting with bar setup and breakdown, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Responding professionally to guest requests and handling any service issues with discretion and courtesy
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a Bartender in a hospitality or restaurant setting, ideally in a busy venue or resort environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage preparation methods
• Excellent understanding of different spirits, wines, beers, and mixers, including flavour profiles and pairings
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling accurately
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Good physical stamina to work extended shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (or willingness to obtain certification)

Preferred: Previous experience working in Bali or similar resort/hospitality destinations, knowledge of Indonesian beverages and cocktails, or advanced mixology training
