Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a lively yet professional bar atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age requirements are met
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a bar/restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bartending certification is a plus (not always required)
