Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Develop creative and appealing mocktail recipes and beverage presentations.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure proper preparation, storage, and handling of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Monitor beverage stock and inform the supervisor of shortages.
• Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support daily bar operations and special events when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Beverage Staff.
• Strong knowledge of mocktails, syrups, fresh ingredients, and beverage mixing techniques.
• Creative and passionate about developing new mocktail creations.
• Good understanding of beverage presentation and garnish.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Domiciled in Bali is preferred.
