The Role
We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and driven Bartender to join our tight-knit team family. This role is designed for a bartender who already possesses strong fundamental skills, respects the discipline of the craft, and is hungry to elevate their career to an international standard.
You will be stepping into an elite learning environment, working directly under the guidance of our Head Bartender from Italy. If you have the experience to hold down a busy bar but are looking to leave your ego at the door, absorb world-class mentorship, and master advanced mixology techniques, this is the perfect place to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Precision Execution: Flawlessly execute an intricate, high-concept craft cocktail program with absolute consistency, speed, and strict adherence to recipes and measures.
Advanced Prep & Technique: Learn and master high-level prep work, including house-made tinctures, botanical infusions, clarifications, and premium ice programs.
Guest Connection: Act as an engaging host behind the bar. Confidently guide international guests through flavor profiles and spirits with genuine warmth and charisma.
Bar Discipline: Maintain an immaculate, hyper-organized, and hygienic station. We believe that cleanliness and preparation are the foundation of great hospitality.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience behind a high-caliber cocktail bar, luxury resort, or premium venue. You must know your classic cocktails and have strong free-pour/measuring discipline.
The Right Attitude: Zero ego, a powerful work ethic, and a deep hunger to learn. You are confident in your skills but eager to be mentored by international industry leaders.
