- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
- Develop executive-level KPI dashboards and analytical reports.
- Implement security controls, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Provide actionable insights through effective data visualization and storytelling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database concepts.
- Strong understanding of dashboard design principles, UX/UI, and data visualization best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferrable requirements
- Experience with BigQuery, Azure, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Python, or other analytics tools.
- Experience building dashboards for insurance, financial services, or other data-driven industries
