• Billing Intern

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Assist in preparing and issuing invoices to clients
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Support the finance team with reconciliations and data entry
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Help improve billing processes for efficiency

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fresh Graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency in English skills both written and verbal.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
